You must agree to the following terms and conditions to be eligible to receive $1,000 worth of Picsart API credits. The promotional offer is only valid for selected individuals who do not currently have a developer account with PicsArt, Inc. (“Picsart”) and who are actively employed in technology development. Developers must sign up through the promotional page to be eligible. Promotions offered through the Picsart Developer Fund are only available to those developers purchasing for their own personal or their company's use. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business or entity, you represent and warrant you are authorized to do so and have the authority to bind that business or entity to the Policies below, in which case the words “you” and “your” in these terms includes you and that business or entity.By accessing or using Picsart’s APIs, you agree to abide by (i) Picsart’s Developer Guidelines, including exhibits thereto, (ii) Picsart’s Privacy Policy, and (iii) any other applicable policies Picsart makes available, including without limitation, Picsart’s Security Policy (collectively, the “Policies”).Limited offer while supplies last; Picsart will issue no more than 1,000 promotional credit packages (total value of $1 million). Limited to one promotion per account. Credits are non-transferable and are not intended for any sort of resale or redistribution. Other restrictions may apply. Picsart reserves the right to change the offer terms or terminate this promotional offer at any time without notice for any reason and to refuse or recover any API credit if Picsart determines that it was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided in opening the Picsart developer account, or that any terms of the Policies have been violated.
